Ingredients
- 1 kg red mullet
- 500 g oyster mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Oregano
- Salt
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- Clean the fish by removing the scales and gutting them, rinse well, and let them drain.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the breadcrumbs and oregano for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add the garlic and salt, and mix well.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Using the prepared mixture, coat the fish and mushrooms, then place them in the baking dish on top of the parchment.
- Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the fish and mushrooms.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160-170°C (320-338°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
