Ingredients

  • 1 kg red mullet
  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  1. Clean the fish by removing the scales and gutting them, rinse well, and let them drain.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the breadcrumbs and oregano for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, add the garlic and salt, and mix well.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Using the prepared mixture, coat the fish and mushrooms, then place them in the baking dish on top of the parchment.
  5. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the fish and mushrooms.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-170°C (320-338°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
