- 500 g penne pasta
- 1 cup (200 g) heavy cream
- 150 g melting cheese

- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 10 slices of bacon, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A pinch of thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the Penne:
Boil the penne in salted water for 7-8 minutes. Do not overcook as they will continue cooking in the oven. Drain the pasta, reserving 60 g of the cooking water. - Prepare the Mixture:
Place the drained penne in a baking dish. Add the reserved pasta water, cheeses, bacon, thyme, olive oil or butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and heavy cream. Mix everything well to combine all the ingredients evenly. - Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining melting cheese evenly over the pasta mixture. - Bake:
Preheat your oven to 170-180°C (340-355°F). Bake the dish for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling. - Serve:
