Ingredients

  • 6–7 lettuce leaves
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 7–8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves and arugula thoroughly, then place them in a colander to drain.
  2. Chop the lettuce and arugula into bite-sized pieces and place them in a salad bowl.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and peeled, sliced avocado on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, season with salt, and toss gently to coat.
