Ingredients
- 500g peas
- 8 artichokes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
- 4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Base
- Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
- Add Tomatoes
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
- Combine the Vegetables
- Add the artichokes, peas, dill, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika to the pot.
- Cook the Dish
- Pour in enough water to just cover the ingredients.
- Simmer over medium heat for 35–40 minutes, until all the ingredients are tender.
- Adjust Liquids if Needed
- Check occasionally and add more water if necessary during cooking.
- Serve
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra dill or a drizzle of olive oil.
