Ingredients

  • 500g peas
  • 8 artichokes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of dill, finely chopped
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base
    • Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
    • Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
  2. Add Tomatoes
    • Stir in the chopped tomatoes and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
  3. Combine the Vegetables
    • Add the artichokes, peas, dill, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika to the pot.
  4. Cook the Dish
    • Pour in enough water to just cover the ingredients.
    • Simmer over medium heat for 35–40 minutes, until all the ingredients are tender.
  5. Adjust Liquids if Needed
    • Check occasionally and add more water if necessary during cooking.
  6. Serve
    • Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra dill or a drizzle of olive oil.
