Ingredients for Arabic Pita Dough
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 300 g water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation for the Dough

- 500 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- A pinch of thyme
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey

- Add the sautéed mushrooms to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.

- Place the Arabic pita on a plate.
