- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 300 g water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation for the Dough
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Gradually add the water, kneading until you form a soft, non-sticky dough. Add more flour if needed.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into 7 pieces, roll each into thin rounds, and place them on the tray.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and press gently to stick.
