- Gradually add the water, stirring continuously until you have a smooth batter that is neither too thick nor too runny.
- Add the dill, shrimp, and mussels to the batter, mixing well, then let the mixture rest briefly.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan.
- Fry the fritters on both sides until they turn a beautiful golden color.
