Ingredients
- 6 soft-boiled eggs, carefully peeled to remain whole
- 300 g ground beef
- 300 g ground pork
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Knead everything together until well mixed.
- Divide the mixture into pieces about the size of a large walnut, flatten them into thin patties, and set aside.
- Lightly beat the 2 eggs in a bowl. Place the flour in a separate bowl and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Roll each egg first in the flour, then carefully wrap it with one of the meat patties to cover the entire egg.
- Once all eggs are wrapped, coat each in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs to cover them completely.
- Heat enough olive oil in a deep pan and fry the eggs for about 5 minutes on all sides until they turn golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels for 2-3 minutes and serve warm.
