Ingredients

  • 6 leaves of green lettuce
  • 6 leaves of red lettuce
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 slices of prosciutto
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) homemade feta cheese
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil

Preparation Method

  1. Prepare the Greens:
    Wash the green and red lettuce thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a salad bowl.
  2. Add the Tomatoes:
    Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them over the lettuce. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
