- 500 g peas
- 2 medium potatoes
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves

Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into quarters.
- Start Cooking
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then, add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Add the Potatoes
- Add the potatoes to the pot and sauté for 2 minutes to coat them in the flavors.
- Combine the Ingredients
- Add the diced tomatoes, peas, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped dill to the pot. Pour in just enough water to cover the ingredients.
- Simmer to Perfection
- Simmer the dish over medium heat for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes and peas are tender and the sauce has thickened. Add more water if needed during cooking.
