Ingredients

  • 500 g peas
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes
    • Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into quarters.
  2. Start Cooking
    • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then, add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add the Potatoes
    • Add the potatoes to the pot and sauté for 2 minutes to coat them in the flavors.
  4. Combine the Ingredients
    • Add the diced tomatoes, peas, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped dill to the pot. Pour in just enough water to cover the ingredients.
  5. Simmer to Perfection
    • Simmer the dish over medium heat for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes and peas are tender and the sauce has thickened. Add more water if needed during cooking.
