- 4 pork neck chops
- 5 potatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Oregano
- Salt
- Sweet paprika
- Pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100 ml water
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse the pork chops and place them in a baking dish. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, and add them to the dish as well.
- Add the garlic, mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, water, and olive oil to the dish.
- Mix everything together well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (355-375°F) for about one hour, depending on your oven.
- If the dish looks dry during baking, add a little hot water as needed.
