Ingredients

  • 4 pork neck chops
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 100 ml water
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the pork chops and place them in a baking dish. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, and add them to the dish as well.
  2. Add the garlic, mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, water, and olive oil to the dish.
  3. Mix everything together well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (355-375°F) for about one hour, depending on your oven.
  5. If the dish looks dry during baking, add a little hot water as needed.
