Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut into portions
- 6 potatoes, cut into desired pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 2-3 tablespoons mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- 100 ml water
Instructions
- In a roasting pan, place the chicken, potatoes, and all the ingredients. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
- Cover the pan and bake at 180-200°C (350-390°F) for about 1 hour, depending on your oven. Add more water if needed during cooking.
- About 15-20 minutes before turning off the oven, uncover the pan to let the chicken and potatoes brown nicely.
