Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut into portions
  • 6 potatoes, cut into desired pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2-3 tablespoons mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  1. In a roasting pan, place the chicken, potatoes, and all the ingredients. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  2. Cover the pan and bake at 180-200°C (350-390°F) for about 1 hour, depending on your oven. Add more water if needed during cooking.
  3. About 15-20 minutes before turning off the oven, uncover the pan to let the chicken and potatoes brown nicely.
