Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced

  • 2-3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped

  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 50 g white wine
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
