- 400 g mung beans
- 4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2-3 onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, quartered
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- Prepare the Vegetables:
