Lemon Turkey with Potatoes

- 4–5 medium potatoes, quartered

- In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the turkey until browned. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute with the turkey, then deglaze with lemon juice.
- Add the water, season with salt, and let it simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and carrots, then add them to the pot. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes until tender. Add more water if necessary.
- When the dish is ready, it should have a little sauce and be coated in its oil.
