- 500 g lasagna
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

- Salt

Instructions
- Cook the Lasagna:
Boil the lasagna sheets in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain them and return them to the pot. - Prepare the Sauce:
In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic. Stir for a minute and add the diced tomatoes and bell pepper.
Sauté everything together for a couple of minutes. - Season and Simmer:
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and water to the pan. Let the sauce simmer gently for 5–10 minutes, ensuring the tomatoes and bell pepper retain some texture and their delicious flavor.
