Ingredients
- 1 kg pork neck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
- 1 onion, quartered
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Oregano
- 8-10 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Place the pork pieces in a bowl. Add the pepper pieces and onion quarters to the bowl. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and add the olive oil. Mix everything well, then let the mixture marinate for 2-3 hours to let the flavors develop.
- Thread the ingredients onto skewers, alternating between pork, pepper, and onion until all ingredients are used.
For Cooking
- Heat a grill pan on the stove until it’s very hot. Place the skewers in the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes on each side, until they’re nicely browned and cooked through.
- Once the skewers are cooked, remove them from the pan. Add the mushrooms to the same pan, letting them absorb the meat’s flavors. Grill the mushrooms for 1 minute on each side—just enough to keep their moisture.
