Ingredients

  • 380 g evaporated milk
  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g vegetable whipping cream
  • 200 g strained yogurt
  • ½ pack Petit Beurre biscuits, coarsely crushed

Instructions

  1. In a metal bowl, whip the vegetable cream until it becomes fluffy and doubles in volume.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and yogurt while continuing to beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove it, beat it again to make it fluffy, and return it to the freezer.
  4. Repeat this process 3-4 times to prevent ice crystals from forming. The more you repeat, the creamier your ice cream will be.
  5. During the final beating, add the crushed biscuits and gently fold them into the mixture using a spoon, ensuring the biscuits are evenly distributed.
  6. Leave it in the freezer for several hours until fully set.
  7. Serve with cherry syrup or your favorite topping. You can also sprinkle chocolate sprinkles for an extra touch of indulgence.
