Ingredients
- 380 g evaporated milk
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 200 g vegetable whipping cream
- 200 g strained yogurt
- ½ pack Petit Beurre biscuits, coarsely crushed
Instructions
- In a metal bowl, whip the vegetable cream until it becomes fluffy and doubles in volume.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and yogurt while continuing to beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove it, beat it again to make it fluffy, and return it to the freezer.
- Repeat this process 3-4 times to prevent ice crystals from forming. The more you repeat, the creamier your ice cream will be.
- During the final beating, add the crushed biscuits and gently fold them into the mixture using a spoon, ensuring the biscuits are evenly distributed.
- Leave it in the freezer for several hours until fully set.
- Serve with cherry syrup or your favorite topping. You can also sprinkle chocolate sprinkles for an extra touch of indulgence.
