Ingredients

  • 1 carton vegetable whipping cream
  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 380 g evaporated milk
  • 2 packs Petit Beurre biscuits

Instructions

  1. In a metal bowl, whip the vegetable cream until it becomes fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating well. Finally, add the evaporated milk and beat everything together for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer. Every 2 hours, take it out and beat it again for 5-10 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming. Repeat this process 4-5 times. The more you beat it, the creamier your ice cream will be.
  4. Once the ice cream is ready, line a baking tray with a layer of Petit Beurre biscuits. Spread the ice cream evenly on top.
  5. Add another layer of biscuits on top of the ice cream, aligning them neatly.
  6. Freeze overnight to set completely.
