Ingredients
- 1 carton vegetable whipping cream
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 380 g evaporated milk
- 2 packs Petit Beurre biscuits
Instructions
- In a metal bowl, whip the vegetable cream until it becomes fluffy.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating well. Finally, add the evaporated milk and beat everything together for about 10 minutes.
- Place the mixture in the freezer. Every 2 hours, take it out and beat it again for 5-10 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming. Repeat this process 4-5 times. The more you beat it, the creamier your ice cream will be.
- Once the ice cream is ready, line a baking tray with a layer of Petit Beurre biscuits. Spread the ice cream evenly on top.
- Add another layer of biscuits on top of the ice cream, aligning them neatly.
- Freeze overnight to set completely.
