Ingredients

  • 500g strong flour
  • 400g water
  • Salt
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add the water, kneading as you go, until you achieve a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the dough into small loaves and place them on the tray, leaving enough space between them to prevent sticking during baking.
  5. Cover the tray with a warm blanket or cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180-190°C (356-374°F).
  7. Bake the bread for approximately 60 minutes, or until golden brown, adjusting for your oven.
