Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- 150 g couverture chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Peel the orange, separate it into segments, and remove any white pith or fibers.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together using a double boiler (bain-marie) until smooth.
Insert a toothpick into each orange segment and dip it thoroughly into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s well-coated. Place the chocolate-covered segments on the prepared tray.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets. Once the chocolate is firm, remove the toothpicks. Your sweet treat is ready to enjoy!
