- 250g butter (room temperature, cut into cubes)

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 200g grated feta cheese
- 250g grated graviera cheese
For Topping:

- Shape the Buns:
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the tray.
- Prepare for Baking:
- In one bowl, lightly beat the egg. In another bowl, place the sesame seeds.
- Brush the tops of the buns with the beaten egg, then dip them into the sesame seeds.
- Arrange the buns back on the tray.

- Preheat the oven to 180–190°C (depending on your oven).
- Bake the buns for 25–30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Why Two Cheeses?
Combining cheeses (e.g. mozzarella + sharp cheddar) gives the buns stretch and flavor contrast — one melts beautifully while the other adds punch.
Tips for Perfect Cheese Buns
Chop or grate cheeses finely so they distribute evenly. Seal edges well to prevent leaks. Brush tops with milk or egg for a golden, glossy crust.
These two-cheese buns are a delightful addition to any meal or a perfect snack on their own. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with cheesy flavor—every bite feels like a warm hug. Serve them fresh from the oven and watch them disappear in no time!
