Chop the prunes and dates into small cubes. Place them in a bowl with the raisins and pour in the vinegar and orange juice. Let them soak for about 2 hours to soften. - Combine Ingredients:

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat and simmer for 35-40 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Cook until the chutney thickens and the flavors meld together. - Jar the Chutney:
Once cooked, transfer the hot chutney into a sterilized jar. Seal tightly and let it cool. Store in a cool, dry place.
