Ingredients

  • 8 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g vinegar
  • 20 g water
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • A small amount of flour for coating
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the Onions:
    Place the water, onions, and garlic in a pan. Cook over medium heat until the onions soften and absorb all the liquid.
  2. Add Vinegar:
    Pour in the vinegar and let it evaporate completely.
  3. Sauté:
