Ingredients
- 10 peppers
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tomatoes, blended into a purée
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash the peppers thoroughly, cut off the stems, and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine the tomato purée, garlic, egg, feta cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture and close them with their stems.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers neatly in a baking dish. Drizzle them with olive oil. If there is any leftover filling, pour it between the peppers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for approximately 30 minutes, until the peppers are golden and the juices have reduced, leaving only the oil.
