- 3–4 leaves of green lollo lettuce
- 3–4 leaves of red lollo lettuce
- 5–6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 apple, very thinly sliced
- 100 g Gruyère cheese, very thinly sliced
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Prepare the Salad Base:
Wash the lettuce thoroughly and tear it into large pieces. Place it in a salad bowl. - Prepare the Apple and Tomatoes:
Peel the apple, remove the core, and slice it thinly using a vegetable peeler. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the lettuce along with the apple slices. - Add the Cheese:
Using the same vegetable peeler, slice the Gruyère cheese into very thin strips and add them to the salad. - Make the Dressing:
