Ingredients:

  • 3–4 leaves of green lollo lettuce
  • 3–4 leaves of red lollo lettuce
  • 5–6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 apple, very thinly sliced
  • 100 g Gruyère cheese, very thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salad Base:
    Wash the lettuce thoroughly and tear it into large pieces. Place it in a salad bowl.
  2. Prepare the Apple and Tomatoes:
    Peel the apple, remove the core, and slice it thinly using a vegetable peeler. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the lettuce along with the apple slices.
  3. Add the Cheese:
    Using the same vegetable peeler, slice the Gruyère cheese into very thin strips and add them to the salad.
  4. Make the Dressing:
    In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk well until the dressing is smooth.
  5. Assemble the Salad:
    Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl. Toss gently to combine.
