Ingredients
- 10 broccoli florets
- 10 cauliflower florets
- 1 leek, cut into pieces
- 10 white mushrooms
- 300 g celery root, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes (as desired)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and cut the vegetables into equal-sized pieces to ensure even roasting. Wash thoroughly and place them in a colander to drain.
- Preheat your oven to 180–200°C (350–400°F).
- Arrange the vegetables in a baking tray. Add the salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil, then mix everything well to coat evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the vegetables reach your desired doneness.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
