Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 2–3 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce (or ketchup, if you prefer)
  • 300 g melting cheese of your choice
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 sausage, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced into rings
  • Bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170–180°C (340–360°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the puff pastry sheets on it.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry sheets.
  4. Layer the cheese, sausage slices, bell pepper rings, and crumbled feta on top.
  5. Finish by adding bacon slices over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
