Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced

  • 50 g wine
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 200 g water
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Olive oil

Preparation
