Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk (fresh milk is preferred for a richer flavor)
  • 1 packet of kefir powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a glass pitcher, add the kefir powder. Pour in the milk and stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.
  3. Cover the pitcher and leave it undisturbed at room temperature for 24 hours. Your kefir is ready!

Tip: If you want to make kefir again, save 50 g from the batch you’ve prepared. Follow the same process, but instead of the kefir powder, use the saved 50 g as a starter culture.
