Ingredients
- 1 liter milk (fresh milk is preferred for a richer flavor)
- 1 packet of kefir powder
Instructions
- Boil the milk and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a glass pitcher, add the kefir powder. Pour in the milk and stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Cover the pitcher and leave it undisturbed at room temperature for 24 hours. Your kefir is ready!
Tip: If you want to make kefir again, save 50 g from the batch you’ve prepared. Follow the same process, but instead of the kefir powder, use the saved 50 g as a starter culture.
