Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 120 g trahanas
  • 60 g milk
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 300 g water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the trahanas and stir continuously to prevent sticking.
  2. Once the trahanas is halfway cooked, add the milk. If needed, add more water until the trahanas is fully cooked and reaches your desired consistency.
