- 10 small cucumbers

- Water, just enough to cover the cucumbers
Instructions
- Place the cucumbers in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Add the vinegar and salt.
- Heat the pot over medium heat until the water comes to a boil, then immediately remove it from the heat. The cucumbers should not cook; they need to remain crisp.
- Let the cucumbers cool completely in the pot.
- Transfer the cucumbers to sterilized jars and pour in the brine to cover them completely. Seal the jars tightly.
