- 10 Florina peppers
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Instructions
- Wash the peppers thoroughly and place them in a pot with water. Boil them gently until softened but not mushy.
- Once cooked, transfer the peppers to a bowl of cold water to loosen their skins.
- Peel off the skins, remove the seeds, and place the cleaned peppers in a bowl.
- Finely chop the garlic and add it to the bowl with the peppers. Cover completely with olive oil.
- Seal the bowl tightly and store it in the refrigerator.
