Ingredients

  • 10 Florina peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers thoroughly and place them in a pot with water. Boil them gently until softened but not mushy.
  2. Once cooked, transfer the peppers to a bowl of cold water to loosen their skins.
  3. Peel off the skins, remove the seeds, and place the cleaned peppers in a bowl.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the bowl with the peppers. Cover completely with olive oil.
  5. Seal the bowl tightly and store it in the refrigerator.
