
Ingredients
- 300 g honey
- 300 g tahini
- 150 g oats
- 60 g cranberries
- 60 g aronia berries
- 60 g raisins
- 100 g coarsely chopped walnuts
- (Optional: Substitute or add any nuts or dried fruits you prefer or have available.)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the honey and tahini. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, just until the honey and tahini melt and blend together. Remove from heat.
- Add the oats, cranberries, aronia berries, raisins, and walnuts to the saucepan. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly over the surface, pressing it down firmly to create a flat layer.
- Preheat the oven to 170–180°C (340–350°F) and bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
