Ingredients

  • 300 g honey
  • 300 g tahini
  • 150 g oats
  • 60 g cranberries
  • 60 g aronia berries
  • 60 g raisins
  • 100 g coarsely chopped walnuts
  • (Optional: Substitute or add any nuts or dried fruits you prefer or have available.)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the honey and tahini. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, just until the honey and tahini melt and blend together. Remove from heat.
  2. Add the oats, cranberries, aronia berries, raisins, and walnuts to the saucepan. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly over the surface, pressing it down firmly to create a flat layer.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170–180°C (340–350°F) and bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
