Ingredients
400 g ground beef
200 g orzo pasta
1 dry onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of tomato paste, diluted with a little water
300 g water
Salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
1 cinnamon stick
Olive oil

Instructions
In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic.
Then, add the ground beef and sauté it with the onion until it changes color.
Next, add the diluted tomato paste, cinnamon stick, salt, paprika, pepper, and 100 g of water.
Let it simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, add another 200 g of water. When it starts to boil, add the orzo.
Stir continuously to prevent sticking, and if more water is needed, add a little at a time so that the dish has the desired amount of sauce when finished.
The dish should not be too dry, nor too soupy. It should be just right, as shown in the picture.
