- 2 tablespoons of mint, finely chopped
- 4 slices of stale bread, soaked and squeezed

Form the mixture into small patties and coat them lightly with flour. - Fry the Fritters:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. - Serve:
