Ingredients
- 100 g taramas (fish roe paste)
- 6–8 spring onions, finely chopped
- ½ bunch of dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of mint, finely chopped
- 4 slices of stale bread, soaked and squeezed
- Pepper
- Flour for frying
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté the Onions:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the spring onions until golden. Add the dill, mint, and a dash of pepper, stir well, and set aside. - Prepare the Mixture:
