Ingredients
- 1 box of wide lasagna sheets
- 1 piece of desalted cod, cut into large chunks
- 4-5 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt, if needed
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Olive oil
Preparation
- In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and stir everything together for a few moments.
- Next, add the cod, parsley, (salt), pepper, and sweet paprika. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
- When ready, spread a little of the cod sauce mixture at the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna sheets over the sauce, then another layer of cod mixture. Continue layering, ending with cod on top. The pattern should be three layers of cod and two layers of lasagna.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes until the lasagna softens and develops a lovely golden color.
