Preparation for the Fish
- Clean the fish thoroughly, rinse it well, and place it in a baking dish.
- Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil, mixing everything together to combine the ingredients. The tomatoes will release some liquid, but if more moisture is needed, add a little water.
- Bake at 170-190°C (338-374°F) for about 30-40 minutes, adjusting based on your oven.

- 300 g rice
- 700 ml water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt
Preparation for the Rice
- In a shallow pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the rice, water, and salt, and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid. For softer rice, add a little more water.
- Just before turning off the heat, add the butter and stir well to melt, then remove from heat.

- 5-6 lettuce leaves, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
- 1 fresh spring onion, finely chopped
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Wash the lettuce thoroughly and chop it into a bowl.
- Add the dill, spring onion, a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well to combine.
