Ingredients:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Zucchini:
    Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Trim off a small portion from one end and the stem from the other. Slice the zucchini into rounds and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the Oil:
    Heat olive oil in a frying pan until it’s hot.
  3. Fry the Zucchini:
    Place the zucchini slices in the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Drain the Oil:
    Remove the fried zucchini from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
