- Roll out each piece with your hands or a rolling pin, adding a few drops of olive oil.
- Cook each pita in a non-stick pan for 3–4 minutes on each side.

- 500 g calamari, cleaned and cut into rings
- 4 potatoes
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt
- 200 g flour (for dredging the calamari)

- Clean the calamari, cut them into rings, rinse, and drain in a colander.
- Sprinkle with salt, mix well, and let them rest to remove excess moisture.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over high heat.
