A kiss — a daily reminder that love is here.

Homemade Red Gooseberry Jam

Homemade red gooseberry jam captures tart summer berries in a sweet embrace. First, you prick or score each berry to release its juice. Then, you simmer them with sugar and water until soft. Next, stir until the mixture thickens and the color deepens. Finally, stir in lemon juice and jar while warm. The result is tangy, vibrant, and wildly refreshing.

Ingredients
● 400 kg gooseberries
● 250 g sugar
● juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions
Remove the gooseberries from the stems.
Wash the berries very well in cold water and allow to drain.
Put them in a large pot, in layers, alternating with the sugar and boil on medium heat.
After boiling for 5 minutes, remove the foam from the surface, crush the gooseberries using a potato masher and continue to boil for another 10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and remove from the heat.
The time needed for the jam to set is low because the gooseberries have their own jelly and the jam sets quickly.
To see if the jam has the desired consistency, put some on a saucer and allow to cool.
Once it has cooled tilt the plate slightly and if it is not runny, the jam is ready.
Allow the jam to rest and then store in glass sterilized jars.

A kiss, love’s little gift for every day.

Homemade Rambutan Jam

Homemade rambutan jam brings tropical indulgence to every spoonful. First, you peel and pit the fruit. Then, puree it to your preferred smoothness. Next, simmer it with sugar, water, and a cinnamon stick for 30–35 minutes. Finally, stir in lemon juice, let it rest, and jar while warm. The result is fragrant, velvety, and exotically sweet.

Ingredients
● 500 g rambutan fruit, without the pit
● 120 g water (if we want more syrup add more water)
● 1 cinnamon stick
● juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions
Peel the fruit removing the hard exterior and using the tip of the knife, carefully slice the flesh to remove the pit.
Put the flesh of the fruit in a blender and puree more or less, depending on how smooth we want the jam to be.
Then put the mixture in a pot, add the sugar, cinnamon stick and water and boil on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes.
To see if the syrup has the desired consistency, put some syrup on a saucer and allow to cool.
Once it has cooled tilt the plate slightly and if it is not runny, the syrup is ready.
2-3 minutes before turning off the heat, add the lemon juice and stir.
Turn off the heat and allow it to rest for a few minutes and then store in sterilized jars.

Homemade melon, mulberry, kiwi & quince jam blends summer’s finest into layered sweetness. First, you wash, peel, and chop melon, kiwi, and mulberries. Then, grate quince coarsely and add to the pot. Next, pour in sugar and water, mash the fruit, and rest for an hour to release juices. Then, simmer gently for 40–45 minutes, stirring often. Finally, infuse with rose geranium, remove it, cool slightly, and jar. The result is vibrant, fragrant, and elegantly rich.

Ingredients
● 250 g melon
● 250 g kiwi
● 250 g mulberry
● 250 g quince
● 900 g sugar
● 200 g water
● 1 sprig rose geranium

Directions
Wash and peel the fruit, slice in small pieces and put in a pot. Grate the quince using the large holes of the grater and add to the pot.
Add the water and sugar and using a potato masher, mash the fruit and leave for 1 hour for the fruit to release their juices. Put the pot on medium heat and boil for about 40-45 minutes, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.
Once the jam is ready, turn off the heat and add the rose geranium sprig.
Leave it in for 30 minutes to release its fragrance and then discard.
To see if the jam has the desired consistency, put some on a saucer and allow to cool.
Once it has cooled tilt the plate slightly and if it is not runny, the jam is ready.

First, you peel off the green skin and chop the white rind, reserving a bit of pink flesh. Then, simmer them with sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until soft and translucent. Next, mash or blend to your preferred consistency. Finally, jar while still warm. The result is fragrant, economical, and uniquely delightful.

Ingredients
● 600 g watermelon rinds, peeled
● 500 g sugar
● juice of 1/2 lemon
● 1 sachet vanilla ● 1 cinnamon stick

Directions
Peel the rinds of the outside green part, reserving the white flesh with just a bit of the red flesh.
Grate the rinds with a grater and put them in a pot.
Pour the sugar on top and leave overnight to release their juices.
The next day, put the pot on low heat without water and stir for the sugar to dissolve and add the rest of the ingredients.
Boil until the jam has thickened, about 30 minutes.
Store the jam in sterilized jars while still hot, making sure the lids are well sealed.

Homemade Plum Jam

Homemade plum jam brings summer’s sweetness to your table. First, you wash and pit the ripe plums. Then, simmer them with sugar and water for 10 minutes, skimming any foam. Next, turn off the heat and rest overnight. In the morning, simmer again for 15–20 minutes until set. Finally, stir in lemon juice and jar while warm. The result is rich, fragrant, and irresistibly comforting.

Ingredients
● 1 kg ripe plums (pitted)
● 700 g sugar
● 50 g water
● juice of 1 lemon

Directions
Wash the plums very well, cut into pieces and put the fruit in a pot.
Add the sugar and water and boil on medium heat for 10 minutes, removing any foam from the surface with a spoon.
Turn off the heat and leave it overnight.
In the morning, put the jam to simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until it has set completely.
Stir frequently so the jam does not scorch and for the plums to soften fully.
Just before turning off the heat, add the lemon juice, stir for 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat.
If we want our jam to be smooth, puree it in a blender.
Store in glass sterilized jars.
