Homemade Lemon Peel Liqueur

This homemade lemon peel liqueur infuses lemon zest and vodka in a jar for 10 days, then adds rosemary sugar syrup and ages for 5 more days before bottling.

The result is a fragrant, citrus-spiced liqueur—bright, herbal, and perfect for sipping or creative cocktails.

Ingredients
1 kg vodka
500 g of water
10 lemon peels without the white pith
450 g of sugar
100 g of honey
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Method
Wash the lemons well and with a fruit peeler we peel the fruit, removing the peel only, without the bitter white pith.
In a jar, put the peels and vodka, close the lid and leave it in a shady place for 10 days.
After 10 days, we put the water in a saucepan and add the sugar and rosemary and boil until the sugar dissolves.
When the sugar dissolves, we add the honey and turn off the heat.
When the syrup is cold, we pour it into the jar with the vodka and peels.
We close the jar again and leave it for another 5 days in the same spot.
After 5 days, we strain the liqueur with a tulle without pressing the peels.
Put our liqueur into glass bottles, leave it for another 5 days to mature and it’s ready to enjoy it.

This homemade two-color mulberry liqueur blends ripe mulberries with sugar and vodka (or cognac) through a two-step infusion: 4 days in the sun with sugar, followed by 3 weeks of alcohol infusion.

The result is a beautifully colored, fruity, and sweet liqueur—ready to enjoy chilled, after a meal, or made into cocktails.

Ingredients
1kg of two-color berries
700 g of sugar
1kg of vodka or cognac

Method
Wash the berries well and cut the stalks with scissors.
Gently mash them in the blender and put them in a glass jar along with the sugar.
We close the jar well and leave it in the sun for 4 days, shaking it frequently to dissolve the sugar.
When the sugar dissolves, add the vodka and leave it in the sun for another 3 weeks.
After 3 weeks we strain well with a tulle, put it in glass bottles and it is ready to enjoy it.

A kiss, a drop of forever in the river of time

Homemade Green Seedless Grapes Liqueur

This homemade green seedless grapes liqueur combines crushed green seedless grapes, sugar, and vodka. After boiling and cooling the grape juice, it’s infused in the sun for two weeks, then strained and bottled.

The result is a naturally sweet, fruity liqueur with bright grape notes—perfect chilled, after a meal, or used to elevate cocktails.

Ingredients
500 grams of green seedless grapes
500 g of sugar
350 g of vodka

Method
Wash the grapes and remove them from the stalks.
Put them in a saucepan, pour over the sugar, and rub them with your hands until all the juices are taken out.
Put the pot on the fire and boil for 15 minutes, at first using a strong fire and then lower it.
When the grape juice thickens, we turn off the fire and let it cool down.
When it is cold, pour it in a glass jar and add the vodka.
We close the jar well, we agitate to mix the ingredients and leave it in the sun for 2 weeks.
Finally, strain it with a tulle and put it in glass bottles.
