Ingredients
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 150–200 g water
- 5 slices turkey, finely chopped
- 5 slices melting cheese (such as toast cheese), finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, add the flour and gradually pour in the water, stirring constantly, until a thick batter forms.
The amount of water needed depends on the flour; adjust as necessary to achieve the desired consistency. - Add the Fillings
To the batter, add the chopped turkey, shredded cheese, salt, paprika, pepper, and the lightly beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. - Frying
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, use a tablespoon to scoop portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the oil.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. - Serve
Remove the pancakes from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey cheese and savory turkey combination.
