Ingredients

  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 150–200 g water
  • 5 slices turkey, finely chopped
  • 5 slices melting cheese (such as toast cheese), finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter
    In a mixing bowl, add the flour and gradually pour in the water, stirring constantly, until a thick batter forms.
    The amount of water needed depends on the flour; adjust as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Add the Fillings
    To the batter, add the chopped turkey, shredded cheese, salt, paprika, pepper, and the lightly beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
