600 grams of red globe grape
1 liter of vodka or cognac
800 g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Remove the grapes from the stalks and wash them thoroughly.
Put the grapes in the saucepan and squeeze them with your hands.
Pour the sugar and boil in moderate heat for 10 minutes until the syrup thickens.
Add the cloves and cinnamon to the pot and boil for 5 minutes more.
We turn off the fire and let it cool all night.
The next morning, drain with a tulle, add the vodka, and put it in a jar.
Stir it gently and leave it for 5 days in a shady place to enhance the flavors.
After 5 days we test it and if necessary we strain it again.
Put it in glass bottles at room temperature.
It’s now ready to enjoy.
