- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 2–3 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce (or ketchup, if preferred)
- 300 g melting cheese of your choice
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 sausage, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced into rings
- Bacon slices (as many as you like)
Instructions
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay out the puff pastry sheets.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry. Add the cheese, sausage slices, bell pepper rings, feta cheese, and top with bacon slices.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C (340–355°F) for 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven, until the pastry is golden and crispy.
