Ingredients for the Dough

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 300–350 ml lukewarm water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients for the Topping

  • Tomato sauce or ketchup
  • Bell peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Sausages
  • Bacon
  • Melting cheeses
  • Any other toppings of your choice

Instructions

Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the olive oil, salt, water, and yeast into the well. Knead everything thoroughly until you have a soft dough. Let it rest and rise for about 30 minutes.

Grease a baking tray with a little olive oil and spread the dough evenly across it using your hands.

For the topping, spread tomato sauce or ketchup over the dough. Add a generous layer of melting cheese, then top with mushrooms, bell peppers, sausages, bacon, or any other ingredients you love.
