1 kilogram of ripe melon ripe cut into pieces
800 g of sugar
We blend a cup of melon in a blender and put it in the pot with the rest of the pieces. Pour the sugar and leave it for 2-3 hours to extract their juice. Then we put it to boil and we skim it in the beginning. Finally, let it boil over a low heat until the jam binds, being careful not to let it stick. When it is ready we turn off the heat, pour in the lemon’s juice, let it stand for 5-10 minutes and put it in very well sterilized jars.
