Ingredients

  • 1 pack of plant-based whipping cream
  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 380 g evaporated milk
  • 2 packs of Petit Beurre biscuits

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
    • In a metal bowl, whip the plant-based whipping cream until it becomes fluffy.
    • Gradually add the condensed milk and continue whisking until combined.
    • Finally, pour in the evaporated milk and beat the mixture thoroughly for about 10 minutes.
  2. Freeze the Mixture:
    • Place the mixture in the freezer.
    • Every 2 hours, take it out and beat it for 5-10 minutes before returning it to the freezer.
    • Repeat this process 4-5 times to prevent ice crystals from forming. The more you whip it, the creamier your ice cream will be.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches:
    • Once the ice cream is ready, line a baking tray with a layer of biscuits.
    • Spread the ice cream evenly over the biscuits, smoothing it out as much as possible.
    • Top with another layer of biscuits, aligned neatly.
  4. Freeze Overnight:
    • Place the tray in the freezer and let it set overnight.
  5. Serve:
    • Once frozen solid, cut into portions and enjoy your homemade ice cream sandwiches!
