Ingredients
500 grams of green seedless grapes
500 g of sugar
350 g of vodka
Method
Wash the grapes and remove them from the stalks.
Put them in a saucepan, pour over the sugar, and rub them with your hands until all the juices are taken out.
Put the pot on the fire and boil for 15 minutes, at first using a strong fire and then lower it.
When the grape juice thickens, we turn off the fire and let it cool down.
When it is cold, pour it in a glass jar and add the vodka.
We close the jar well, we agitate to mix the ingredients and leave it in the sun for 2 weeks.
Finally, strain it with a tulle and put it in glass bottles.
