Ingredients
- 380 g evaporated milk
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 carton vegetable whipping cream
- 400 g strained yogurt
Instructions
- In a metal bowl, whip the vegetable cream with a mixer until it becomes fluffy and doubles in volume.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and yogurt while continuing to beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove it, beat it again to make it fluffy, and return it to the freezer.
- Repeat this process 3-4 times to ensure the ice cream doesn’t form ice crystals. The more times you repeat the process, the creamier the ice cream will become.
- Leave the ice cream in the freezer for several hours until it is completely frozen.
- Serve with sour cherry syrup or any topping of your choice. For an extra touch, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top if desired.
