Ingredients

  • 380 g evaporated milk
  • 300 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 carton vegetable whipping cream
  • 400 g strained yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a metal bowl, whip the vegetable cream with a mixer until it becomes fluffy and doubles in volume.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and yogurt while continuing to beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove it, beat it again to make it fluffy, and return it to the freezer.
  4. Repeat this process 3-4 times to ensure the ice cream doesn’t form ice crystals. The more times you repeat the process, the creamier the ice cream will become.
  5. Leave the ice cream in the freezer for several hours until it is completely frozen.
  6. Serve with sour cherry syrup or any topping of your choice. For an extra touch, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top if desired.

A Cool, Creamy Treat

This homemade frozen yogurt ice cream is a refreshing delight, perfect for any time of the year. Its creamy texture and tangy flavor pair wonderfully with your favorite syrups or toppings. Simple, satisfying, and endlessly customizable—enjoy every scoop!
